About the role

JRBUILDERS COMPANY INC.' is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining our company's critical documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and streamlined information access.

What you'll be doing

  1. Implement and maintain effective document control systems to organise, store, and retrieve company records and documents
  2. Review, categorise, and index all incoming documents to ensure proper filing and accessibility
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of document management policies and procedures
  4. Provide support in the distribution, tracking, and archiving of project-related documents
  5. Collaborate with teams to identify and address document control needs and challenges
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards for document management
  7. Maintain detailed logs and reports to track document movements and changes
  8. Provide training and guidance to colleagues on best practices for document control

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a document control or records management role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  2. Strong organisational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  3. Proficient in using document management software and applications
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  6. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations for document control
  7. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Management, or Engineering
