Qualifications:

  • BS Architecture graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Design, or any related field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in drawing plotting, document control, or related fit-out/interior design work
  • CAD Software Proficiency: Skilled in CAD plotting of as-built drawings and preparation of shop drawings
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of design and drafting principles and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-department collaboration
  • Preferably with experience in as-built and shop drawing preparation

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drawing and Documentation Management

  • Prepare and compile for Construction Drawings, Drawing Lists, and CAD files for designated projects
  • Review documents per project and coordinate with the Drawing Controller Supervisor for clarifications
  • Maintain and update As-built drawings and ensure proper version control via SharePoint
  • Ensure all shop drawings are accurate, updated, and aligned with actual site conditions and project standards

Site Coordination and Verification

  • Conduct site inspections to verify drawing accuracy and address on-site drawing concerns
  • Provide As-built copies and measurements to Fit-Out Engineers for inspection and acceptance
  • Coordinate revisions with Interior Designers and the Quality Management Department as needed

Reporting and Communication

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on drawing status, progress, and concerns to the Supervisor
  • Coordinate with Fit-Out Engineers, Cost Controllers, and other departments for alignment and support
  • Coordinate with printing services and suppliers for drawing reproduction and research needs

Value Engineering and Innovation

  • Participate in value-adding initiatives by submitting service or product improvement ideas
  • Support mock-ups, trials, and approved implementations, documenting factual findings and results
