Job Description

As an Assistant Manager - Business & Tax Advisory, you'll provide Australian tax and accounting advice to a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll manage compliance, deliver tailored business solutions, and play a key role in client engagements-partnering with senior leaders to achieve meaningful outcomes across global operations.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Strong technical knowledge and exposure to Australian taxation and accounting legislation and associated requirements.
• 8 to 10 years of experience working in a similar corporate environment.
• CA or CA equivalent qualified, or currently in the process of completion.
• Relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualification.
• Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Initiative and excitement to create innovative solutions in the evolving service landscape.
• Passion for ongoing learning and professional growth.
• Ability to establish and develop effective professional relationships.
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in your area of specialization.

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide Australian tax and accounting advice and solutions to small to medium-sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.
• Further develop technical expertise across Australian tax and accounting compliance, business advisory, and tax advisory work for middle-market clients.
• Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements, including regular client contact and attending presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
