What you'll be doing

  1. Eliciting, documenting and analysing business requirements from stakeholders
  2. Translating business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers and subject matter experts, to deliver technology solutions
  4. Conducting user acceptance testing and validating the implemented solutions meet the defined requirements
  5. Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for live systems
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation
  7. Documenting business and technical processes, and training end-users

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. Experience as an IT Business Analyst or a similar role
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools
  6. Proficiency in business process modelling and data analysis
  7. Knowledge of IT systems and architecture, as well as software development life cycle
