Role Overview

The Business Development Officer is a key player in driving B2B growth for Boomdogs, owning the full sales cycle across catering, events, and partnership channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced, food-loving environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify new leads via cold calls, referrals, and outreach

  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and expos

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline

2. Sales Execution

  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations

  • Lead negotiations and close client contracts

  • Ensure client satisfaction post-sale and manage repeat accounts

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

3. Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Initiate co-branded projects and event partnerships

  • Work with marketing to bring collaborations to life

  • Track and evaluate ROI on partnerships

4. Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with ops and kitchen teams for seamless execution

  • Submit regular sales reports and attend sales syncs

  • Provide feedback on customer trends and needs
