About the Role:
Blue Fox Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Participant Liaison Officer / NDIS Admin Assistant to join our team. This pivotal role supports the onboarding and coordination of NDIS participants, ensuring they receive timely and efficient services.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our participants, playing a vital role in gathering information, preparing key documentation, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary liaison between Blue Fox Health and NDIS participants, providing friendly and professional communication via phone, email, and SMS.

• Gather relevant participant information to assist in the development of:
o Schedule of Supports
o Risk Assessments
o Emergency Plans
o Support Plans

• Pre-fill documentation using referral data and initial intake information to reduce participant repetition and streamline clinical handovers.

• Maintain accurate and confidential participant records in line with NDIS standards and Blue Fox Health policies.

• Liaise with practitioners to ensure timely completion of service documents.

• Provide administrative support to the clinical and coordination team as needed.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and clearly with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or NDIS-related roles preferred.

• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Comfortable with phone-based communication and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Basic knowledge of the NDIS framework (desirable but not essential – training provided).
