About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Admin Support or Purchasing Analyst to assist in managing procurement activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team collaboration. This role involves updating status sheets, maintaining databases, engaging with customers, and creating reports to ensure efficient procurement operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Update and maintain procurement status sheets and relevant documentation.
* Manage and update procurement and supplier databases with accurate and current information.
* Support communication with customers and internal teams to facilitate procurement processes.
* Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for updates and ensure information consistency.
* Create and analyze reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and other relevant metrics.
* Assist in processing purchase orders, invoices, and other purchasing-related tasks as needed.
* Participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Perform other ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
* Prior experience in purchasing, procurement support, or a related field is a plus.
* Flexibility working in US business hours with weekend schedu
