We're looking for a Client Success / Retention Officer VA who will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams — ensuring satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and continued success. You'll handle onboarding, relationship management, and proactive retention strategies to keep clients happy and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts.
- Manage client onboarding, check-ins, and feedback collection.
- Track client performance metrics and satisfaction scores.
- Identify risks of churn and proactively create retention solutions.
- Communicate updates, new services, and success milestones to clients.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance client experience.
- Prepare reports on client retention rates and key performance indicators.
- Handle escalations or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Retention Officer (VA experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM systems, project management tools, and communication platforms (e.g., GHL, HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack).
- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable, professional, and proactive in managing relationships.

Work Hours
- Flexible but must be available for client calls based on their timezone (US, AU, or UK shifts depending on client portfolio).
