About the Role

We're looking for a Client Success / Retention Officer VA who will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams — ensuring satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and continued success. You'll handle onboarding, relationship management, and proactive retention strategies to keep clients happy and engaged.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts.
  • Manage client onboarding, check-ins, and feedback collection.
  • Track client performance metrics and satisfaction scores.
  • Identify risks of churn and proactively create retention solutions.
  • Communicate updates, new services, and success milestones to clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance client experience.
  • Prepare reports on client retention rates and key performance indicators.
  • Handle escalations or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Retention Officer (VA experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM systems, project management tools, and communication platforms (e.g., GHL, HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack).
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive in managing relationships.
