Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive B2B Client Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our business clients. In this role, you will manage the full client lifecycle—onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal—while ensuring every client receives outstanding support and value from our solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience, identify growth opportunities, and maintain long-term relationships built on trust and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned business clients, ensuring all needs and concerns are handled promptly.
- Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth adoption of products and services.
- Monitor client performance, usage, and success metrics, offering strategic recommendations.
- Provide proactive, consultative support and guidance on best practices.
- Manage renewals, contracts, and long-term account strategy for client retention.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all meetings, communications, and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular client reports and present actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support client growth and revenue expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to offer expert-level client guidance.
- Act as the internal advocate for client feedback, contributing to product and service enhancements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer service in a B2B setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with strong organizational capabilities.
- Experience using CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Ability to understand technical products and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- A positive, client-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS or tech-driven B2B environments.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for measuring client success.
- Background in business development or sales with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and renewal cycles.
