Calculation Application Support Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in IS support and maintenance, Business Analysis maintenance, System analysis or related fields.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize situations
  • Ability to understand the business constraints
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
  • Available for emergencies on-call support rotations with other team members
  • Capacity of problem analysis, Capable of learning by himself/herself and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills, intercultural
  • Intermediate Technical skill on IIS, XML, MS SQL DB,
  • Amazon (Cloud Computing -AWS) (would be advantaged)
  • Requires excellent computer skills and ability to use available technical tools
  • Knowledge in network configuration would be a plus
  • Communication effectively
  • Learning on the fly
  • Customer oriented and good teamwork

    Technical Skills:

The first applications are using the following languages, tools and package:

· Web and Client / Server architecture

· TSQL Stored procedures / queries

· AWS console

Infrastructure includes:

· Windows Server 2008 and later on virtual machines

· SQL/Server 2014 and +, DBMS, SSIS and SSAS

· MSMQ

· IIS 6

· FTP

· Lab machine connections

· Amazon environment
