Position: Application Support Engineer

We are looking for Application Support Engineers to join our IT team in Alabang. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining core ERP systems and integration engines that enable smooth business operations.

Our ERP systems are based on IFS, Microsoft Dynamics, and in-house applications with middleware solutions built on , Nginx, Redis, and Microsoft SQL Server. These systems are currently being migrated to Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely support, operation, and reliability of all ERP solutions and relevant integrations
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the ERP environment
  • Monitor system performance, security, and scalability using appropriate monitoring and logging tools
  • Manage and support integration engines and data flow between systems
  • Ensure seamless, reliable, and continuously improved data exchange
  • Act as second-level support for all ERP-related incidents and service requests
  • Collaborate with developers, IT teams, and business users to analyze and resolve incidents
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvements, automation, and workflow optimization
  • Document best practices and incident resolutions for knowledge sharing

Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant IT education or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Experience with integration and middleware solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure
  • Basic proficiency in backend development and middleware such as , Nginx, Redis, and MS SQL Server
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
