Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Analyst. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for assisting with the company's outgoing payments and accounts, processing invoices, verifying transactions, and helping with account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing, verifying, and posting invoices for goods and services received.
  • Help resolve discrepancies by researching and communicating with vendors or internal teams.
  • Record and process financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Work with internal departments (finance, procurement) to ensure payments are properly coded and documented.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including generating basic reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks like invoice preparation, filing, and vendor communication.
  • Prepare regular reports to track accounts payable data and provide insights to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time to meet deadlines.
