Overvew:

The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst will support the business in the analysis, reconciliation and interpretation of the Payable General Ledger Accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs reconciliation and analysis of AP-related Balance Sheet Accounts and AP sub-ledgers to ensure that balances are supported and reconciling items are cleared in a timely manner.
  • Performs analysis, verifies and recommends adjustments to the customer for any variance noted during reconciliation.
  • Maintains the AP-related accounts aging analysis through regular updates, preparation, and dissemination of reports accordingly.
  • Performs Exceptions Reporting and recommends action plans for review by the Team Manager and eventual recommendation to customer.
  • Prepares SLA metrics and business reciprocal metrics reports and disseminates accordingly.
  • Prepares daily monitoring of transactions for processing and reports out potential duplicate invoice.
  • Ensures that performance of the tasks is in compliance with the required controls operated for the role.
  • Identifies and escalates to management potential process improvements for the existing "Business As Usual" (BAU) processes of the Query and Incident Management Team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Accounts Payable and Reporting experience for minimum 4-5 years.
  • Background in Manufacturing, BPO, or Shared Services industry.
  • Knowledgeable with SAP.
  • Can work on a hybrid work setup, twice a week onsite in Quezon City office.
  • Amenable to work as soon as possible is highly favored.
