We areseeking a Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the billing and invoicing processes for our diverse range of clients. What you'll be doing


• Review delivered goods and services along with related documents (e.g., delivery tickets, prescriptions, medical records) for accuracy and completeness

• Log authorizations to ensure timely payments and minimize claim denials

• Process insurance changes quickly and secure updated authorizations as required

• Identify missing or incorrect documentation and update records or escalate as needed

• Request prescriptions and supporting documents promptly; follow up to ensure approval

• Handle denials through resubmission, appeals, or account adjustments in line with policy

What we're looking for


• Minimum 6 months of experience in accounts receivable or prior authorization

• Background in healthcare, insurance, or medical documentation environments
