The Guiding Star LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Transaction Coordinator / Operations Manager to support our growing Commercial Division.
This is a key role for someone with 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, someone who can manage complex deals, understand financials, and bring creative energy to marketing and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Coordination
Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of commercial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
Serve as the primary liaison among agents, clients, lenders, and title companies.
Track all documents, contracts, and timelines to guarantee a seamless closing experience.
Maintain organized transaction systems and ensure all records are up to date and accessible.
Operations & Financial Oversight
Provide bookkeeping support, including financial tracking and reconciliation for commercial deals.
Review and interpret deal financials to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Assist with preparing reports on budgets, commissions, and profitability for management.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the division.
Marketing & Brand Management
Design professional marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms.
Manage the Commercial Division's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement tracking.
Promote listings, success stories, and industry updates to enhance visibility and strengthen brand reputation.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Commercial Transaction Coordinator, Operations Manager, or similar role in real estate
Strong understanding of commercial and/or residentials transactions, contracts, and compliance
Bookkeeping skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
Proficiency in Canva and social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy, resourceful, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
A collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Marketing
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate operations or transaction coordination
Bookkeeping knowledge and ability to read financial statements
Proficient in Canva, social media management, and CRM tools
Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Benefits:
Competitive Salary Range: PHP 40,000–60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
