About Us

MH Home Solutions is a fast growing U.S. solar company that manages projects from start to finish for homeowners. We are looking for an Operations Manager who can oversee the workflow, keep projects moving and ensure that every requirement is completed accurately and on time. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail focused, excellent with follow up and confident managing multiple moving parts.

You will work closely with leadership, internal teams and external partners to ensure projects remain on track and that all documentation, approvals and deliverables are handled correctly.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the full project pipeline and ensure each stage progresses on schedule
  • Manage communication between teams, partners and customers to avoid delays
  • Review and submit required documents, photos and information with accuracy
  • Track progress, update records and ensure all project requirements are completed
  • Coordinate with technical teams on design related tasks and project specifications
  • Identify issues early, troubleshoot quickly and maintain smooth project flow
  • Ensure all project milestones, compliance items and approvals are handled properly
  • Keep everything organized, documented and up to date within the project system

This is a role for someone who takes ownership, stays ahead of deadlines and maintains complete visibility over every project.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organized, structured and able to manage many tasks simultaneously
  • Meticulous with details and committed to accuracy in all submissions
  • Strong with communication, follow up and accountability
  • Able to work independently and manage an entire workflow
  • Confident handling documents, photos and information for project requirements
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and handling fast moving timelines
  • Skilled at identifying problems early and resolving them without waiting for direction
  • Experienced in operations, project coordination or project management
  • Strong in English communication, both written and spoken

Top performers in this role have a natural operations mindset. They stay on top of everything, check the work twice, follow up until tasks are complete and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
