Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments.
  • Review and monitor customer accounts to identify overdue balances and prioritize collection activities.
  • Negotiate and set up payment arrangements while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, account status, and payment options.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes on customer accounts.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications, payment activity, and account updates.
  • Prepare reports on delinquent accounts, collection progress, and account statuses.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk accounts to management when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and applicable credit and collection laws.
  • Collaborate with the finance and customer service teams to address account issues and improve overall collection efficiency.

Qualification

  • Must have own motorcycle and with valid driver's license
  • Willing to work in San Juan City (Monday - Friday )
  • Keen to details and instructions
  • Trustworthy
  • Excellent time management
  • Familiar with various routes and navigation apps
  • Can Start Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
