Job Purpose

The Retail Area Supervisor oversees multiple Chuchu Beauty retail stores and leads a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets, maintain visual and operational standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The role requires regular field visits, close monitoring of store performance, and coordination with marketing, warehouse, and admin teams to ensure each branch runs efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate Beauty Advisors across assigned stores to meet or exceed sales and customer service targets.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, smooth store operations, and compliance with labor guidelines.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising standards, stock levels, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Review daily/weekly sales reports, analyze trends, and recommend actions to improve branch performance.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for in-store promotions, product launches, and events.
  • Work closely with Warehouse and Supply Chain to ensure accurate inventory replenishment and timely deliveries.
  • Act as a liaison when needed with consignment partners, mall administration, or local government offices for permits, store concerns, and compliance requirements.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and coaching of Beauty Advisors.
  • Manage operational issues such as escalated customer concerns, maintenance needs, or staffing gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company SOPs.
  • Prepare and submit area performance reports, expense summaries, and other documentation required by management.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-store operations and lead a dispersed team.
  • Strong skills in staff scheduling, sales analysis, coaching, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiar with POS/inventory systems.
  • Willing to travel frequently and work on a flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
