Key Responsibilities:
  1. Consistently implements the company's performance management framework.
  2. Monitors and analyzes performance appraisal results and recommends improvements.
  3. Prepares monthly performance management report.
  4. Conducts orientation on the performance management process.
  5. Supports managers and team leaders in goal-setting, feedback, and performance review processes.
  6. Develops tools and training materials to enhance understanding of performance expectations and appraisal processes.
  7. Collaborates with Learning & Development for any requirement for  learning intervention related performance management
  8. Coordinate and ensure timely completion of performance evaluation cycles.
  9. Guides managers to address performance-related issues.
  10. Generates and presents performance data reports to the Compensation and Benefits Supervisor and HR and Admin Head
  11. Stay updated on best practices in performance management and integrate them into company processes.
  12. Ensures alignment of performance management with organizational values, culture, and goals.
Key Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in performance management, HR, or related roles.
  3. Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  4. Good understanding of performance appraisal systems, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  5. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  8. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple evaluation cycles.
