Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and align our products and services to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our footprint within key accounts.
  • Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, account performance reports, and other relevant data to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
