Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieves production volume and efficiency targets.
  • Supervises daily production activities and ensures compliance with company policies.
  • Plans and monitors manpower and schedules for efficient operations.
  • Ensures product quality matches approved standards and mock-ups.
  • Identifies and resolves production issues or bottlenecks.
  • Trains and guides production personnel and line leaders for better performance.
  • Reviews staff performance and implements improvement programs.
  • Prepares accurate production, attendance, and management reports.

  • Ensures safety compliance and zero-incident operations.

  • Ensures team members are properly trained, oriented, and disciplined.

  • Communicates policies, updates, and performance expectations clearly.
  • Maintains good team morale, professionalism, and proper workplace behavior.
  • Conducts regular meetings and performance appraisals with staff.
  • Coordinates with other departments and escalates important issues to management.
  • Enforces company policies on internet use, social media, and workplace conduct.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 Years of Experience as Production Supervisor/Leadership role
  • College Graduate
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Toll Packing or packaging industry is a plus
