Job description

Credit and Collection Supervisor oversee a team of credit bill collectors. Ensure that meets production goals, complies with company standards and federal collection laws, and generally performs that essential functions of the position. In charge of the proper reconciliation proper reconciliation and recording of payments. Credit and Collection Supervisor should be able to exhibit trustworthiness and professionalism, especially when talking to irate clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to work independently. In addition, can maintain accurate records of customer's payments status and timely submission of collection related reports. Can establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers and clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures Credit and Collection and procedures are in place and are properly implemented.
  • Assist in directing Credit and Collection function to ensure accurate and timely recording of receivable and collection transactions.
  • Assist in process improvement to ensure efficient and productive Credit and Collection operations, and help maintain healthy and positive working environment.
  • Assist the Manager to lessen the percentage/decrease over 70 days AR / Problematic accounts.
  • Monitors Liaison Officer/Messenger for on-time transmittal of Sales Invoices countering on time.
  • Reports are adequate, accurate & timely submission.
  • Identifies significant credit risks & recommend necessary action to address the risk to concern parties.
  • Supervise, delegate duties & responsibilities to Associates.
  • For accounts with over payment, prepares credit memo and journal vouchers, submit to Accounting for adjustments.
  • Recommends improvements on how to address procedurals errors, delays & efficiency of service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in credit and collection or AR management
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and MS Office Suite expertise
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation and Analytical abilities
  • Experience with SAP or similar platforms
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php32,000.00 per month
