Functions are as follows but is not limited to:
- Ensuring proper documentation on grievance and arbitration procedures, performance issues and disciplinary actions.
- Familiar in handling SeNa and NLRC cases
- Knowledgeable in DOLE Audits in all offices and stations - preparations and submission of requirements requested, negotiations of requirements and proposals if needed for amendment to management
- Knowledgeable in Health & Safety Compliance, - acts as the POC and Secretary for the HS Organization of the whole company and responsible in the compliance of needed requirements during Audit
- Employee Engagement and Awareness
- Must be keen to details and is adept in using MS Office tools
- Must be highly proficient in the Engish languange both written and verbal
- Can join immediately
