Qualifications:

  • With experience in sales and recruitment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growth and business development.
  • A valid Driver's license is an advantage
  • Amenable to work in Barangay Banay-Banay, Cabuyao City

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with client companies.
  • Promote and present Bonafide Trainology Placement Services to clients and applicants.
  • Handle overall sales, marketing, and recruitment support activities.
  • Create and manage social media promotions to attract clients and applicants.
  • Represent the company in meetings, job fairs, and business events.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and marketing materials for client presentations.
