  1. Reports directly to President/CEO.
  2. Sets (and sustains) the pace of the company's growth by meeting annual budgets; updated market demand analysis and planning; safeguards profitability of every project closed; ensures repeat orders from existing delighted customers; explores and secures new accounts; and develops a competent sales force.
  3. Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams.
  4. Coordinates closely with accounting/finance, production and construction teams to ensure deliverables are met accurately and on time.
  5. Delivers quality customer service without sacrificing the company's values.
  6. Gathers relevant data from the market to improve product marketability and profitability. Likewise, proposes other product developments/ product line extensions for the company to explore.
  7. Present accomplishments during business reviews and recommend improvements.
  8. Develops and maintains company marketing tools.
  9. Drafts annual sales forecasts. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
  10. Client contract management. Maintains documentation of each customer's history.
  11. Manages sales personnel - account management, coaching, training, regular meetings, and monitors and maintains KPI's of the sales and customer service team.
  12. Assists sales executives with establishing personal contact and rapport with top level decision-makers.
  13. Reviews sales/customer services expenses and activities and recommend savings and programs to improve productivity.
  14. Develops and execute profitable geographical expansions.
