JOB SUMMARY:

This position manages HR operations, advises management, and develops HR strategies that support business goals. They also act as a liaison between HR and other business units. Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate: Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Industrial or Management Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of work experience in HR services, organizational development, strategic HR systems, labor management, CBA negotiation, at least 5 years of which in a leadership capacity.
  • Knowledge in labor laws and in-depth exposure in managing employee issues.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of the FMCG operation and business.
