About the role

ARTEMISPLUS EXPRESS INC.' is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As HR Manager, you will play a vital role in implementing and overseeing the company's human resources strategies and initiatives. This full-time position will see you responsible for managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and performance management.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs to support the company's overall business objectives
  2. Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding
  3. Overseeing HR administration, such as payroll, benefits administration and record-keeping
  4. Promoting a positive and engaged company culture, including through employee engagement initiatives
  5. Providing HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  7. Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision making
  8. Collaborating cross-functionally to align HR practices with the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  2. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and HRIS systems
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
  4. Proven track record in driving employee engagement and creating a positive company culture
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to inform decision making
  6. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
