Role Overview:

The Customer Representative Support ensures that customers are happy and satisfied with the products and services they purchased. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, resolving concerns in a timely manner, maintaining customer excitement after purchase, and gathering valuable feedback and testimonials to help improve our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers are happy and engaged with their purchased products.
  • Maintain customer excitement and set correct expectations after purchase.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and refund requests.
  • Collect and gather customer feedback and testimonials for marketing use.
  • Share feature requests, effective workarounds, and customer insights with the team.
  • Assist Product, Sales, and Marketing teams by relaying customer feedback.
  • Monitor and update customer information and progress using CRM (Hubspot).
  • Ensure customers are properly added to product delivery email automation.
  • Answer customer questions in product members' areas ).
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customers received and accessed their purchases.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years experience in Customer Service or related role
  • Excellent communication skills in Filipino & English
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools (Hubspot a plus)
  • Knowledge in sales, marketing, or digital products is an advantage
  • Confident, patient, and customer-focused
  • Positive, joyful attitude and a good team player
  • Able to work remotely, manage time, and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
