What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting client placements.
  • Use technology daily — CRMs, AI tools, data tracking, automation, and communication platforms — to streamline your workflow.
  • Write engaging job ads and messages that attract the right talent.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to learn how to understand client needs, assess candidates, and close placements.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients through proactive communication.
  • Stay organised, agile, and adaptable in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
