Role Overview:

Are you tech-savvy with a passion for recruitment? Do you want to be part of a team that's reimagining how talent is sourced and hired using AI and automation? As a Junior AI & Automation Specialist at SourceU, you will help optimize our recruitment systems by integrating and enhancing AI-driven solutions that automate key processes, making our hiring workflow smarter, faster, and more efficient.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in implementing and optimizing AI and automation tools to improve every step of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand challenges and apply tech solutions that reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of AI tools, ensuring they are functioning as expected and providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts, test new features, and ensure all systems are optimized for the best candidate experience.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in AI, automation, and recruitment technology, and help SourceU stay ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For:

  • A basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or automation technologies, with a keen interest in applying them to recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms or applicant tracking systems (ATS) and an understanding of how they work.
  • A technical mindset with a desire to learn new tools and techniques to optimize workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of coding (Python, SQL, or similar languages) is a plus, but not required.
  • A collaborative, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work across both technical and HR teams.
  • Attention to detail and an eagerness to improve processes through technology.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools, chatbots, or automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS.
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or machine learning algorithms.
