About the role

Are you an experienced Area Manager looking to make your mark in the dynamic and fast-paced hospitality industry? FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS, a leading food and beverage company in Metro Manila, is seeking a skilled Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring exceptional customer service, and inspiring high-performing teams across our diverse portfolio of dining concepts.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple store locations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Lead and motivate teams of managers and staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the central support team to drive innovation, implement new processes, and enhance the customer experience
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company and the development

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience atleast 2years in a similar area management or multi-unit operations role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, managing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and performance reporting
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences
