This is a full-time remote role for a Area Sales Manager at MCBL MMWest region. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of Financial Sales Associates , setting sales targets, and ensuring that these targets are met. They will manage recruitment, training, and development of the team, as well as monitor and report on team performance. The Area Manager will collaborate with other departments and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Skills in sales and target setting
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
