
Key Account Manager

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external clients using standard metrics
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships to important clients
- Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities in the related industry
- Understand the client's business goals and work with them to create strategies
- Attendance of meetings with the key accounts and presentation of latest Lifestrong products or promos
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Must have strategic perspective in managing team on his assigned territory.
- Must have proven experience as Key Account Manager handling Key Accounts and distributors.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships in all organizational levels.
- General Mathematical skills / analytical skills (familiar in data analysis in MS Excel)
