Position Overview
As TikTok Shop Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of our TikTok commerce channel from Day. You'll lead storefront optimization, build an engine of affiliates and UGC creators, coordinate live-selling activations, and test high-performing product bundles and viral offers.
This is both an operational and growth role, requiring a blend of marketplace fluency, creator management, campaign execution, and comfort with analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Storefront Ops
- List SKUs, sync inventory, manage shipping SLAs, and maintain ≥4.5 shop score
- Own the setup and optimization of the TikTok Shop backend
Growth & Campaign Strategy
- Build a 30/60/90-day GMV roadmap
- Launch promo calendar and live-selling tests
- Manage shop score improvement and platform policy compliance
Creator & Affiliate Management
- Recruit and brief TikTok creators and affiliates
- Maintain 100+ active affiliates within first 90 days
- Own the full UGC loop: outreach, briefing, asset feedback, creator ROI reporting
Paid Ads & Analytics
- Launch Spark Ads and GMV Max campaigns
- Optimize for ROAS, CAC, and repeat-purchase rate
- Report weekly on GMV, ROAS, refund %, and creator performance
Cross-Team Integration
- Coordinate with DTC, Amazon, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Ensure pricing, stock, and media plans are aligned across all channels
What You'll Need
- 2–4+ years working in TikTok Shop, creator operations, or influencer/UGC commerce
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Creator Center, Affiliate Portal, and Shop Manager
- Fluency in sourcing creators, briefing UGC content, and optimizing creator retention
- Strong understanding of offer testing, bundle promos, and affiliate commission setup
- Familiar with Spark Ads, offer/bundle testing, and creator ROI analysis
- Fluent in English; clear written and verbal communication
- Strong creative intuition and ability to brief and manage content partners
Preferred Bonus Skills
- Experience running TikTok live events or managing live-selling campaigns
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop policy and back-end compliance
- Experience launching viral UGC campaigns or creator seeding
- Ability to produce or mock-up briefs (CapCut, Canva, Figma)
- Understanding of Shopify and product-feed integrations
