The TikTok Shop Operations Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of our clients' TikTok Shop campaigns. This role is focused on managing a team of specialists to ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. The ideal candidate will be an expert in TikTok Shop's features and operational best practices, with a strong focus on task management, performance monitoring, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TikTok Shop specialists, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and professional growth.
  • Allocate tasks and set clear daily/weekly goals based on the overarching campaign strategy.
  • Monitor team progress and project timelines to ensure all operational tasks are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain a high level of operational excellence and stay updated on platform changes.
  • Operational Execution:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of client TikTok Shops, including product listing uploads, inventory synchronization, order processing, and customer service ticket management.
  • Ensure all advertising campaigns are set up and launched correctly according to the defined media plan.
  • Supervise the execution of live-streaming schedules and content posting, confirming that all elements are in place for a successful broadcast.
  • Utilize TikTok analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance against key metrics and identify any operational issues.
  • Internal Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary internal liaison, working closely with the strategy and client relations teams to translate their plans into clear, actionable tasks for your team.
  • Proactively identify and communicate any operational challenges or potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of information and assets between the creative, strategy, and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role, with at least 1-2 years specifically managing a team.
  • Proven experience with the operational side of TikTok Shop.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and operational tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of the TikTok Shop ecosystem and its operational functions, including the Seller Center, product listings, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing operations and workflow management.
  • Familiarity with TikTok's ad platform for monitoring execution.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Slack, Notion).

  • Fully remote, full time, US EST time zone schedule
  • Team is servicing US based clients so English has to be fluent
