About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Services Liaison Officer to support the company's government transactions, compliance activities, documentation management, and field operations. This role involves both office-based work and field coordination, ensuring timely and accurate submission of permits, clearances, and requirements to various government agencies.
You will report to the HR Admin Coordinator and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.
What You'll Do
Government Liaison & Coordination
- Handle coordination with government agencies such as DENR and other permitting bodies.
- Submit documents, process payments, and secure permits and clearances within required timelines.
- Provide regular updates on pending transactions and follow through on agency requests.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date records for all submissions and permits.
- Support the Document Controller in optimizing documentation systems.
- Ensure all documents are error-free prior to submission to avoid resubmissions.
- Perform field activities including filing, submitting, and retrieving documents from agencies and partners.
- Manage secure and timely delivery of documents, packages, and communications.
- Occasional travel to Davao and other locations as needed.
- Work with internal teams to gather required information and address regulatory or documentation concerns.
- Assist with project-related requirements, ensuring all compliance documents are secured on time.
- Support admin-related tasks based on the needs of the HRAD team.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
- At least 1 year of experience coordinating with government agencies.
- Candidates with backgrounds in liaison work, courier services, or administrative support are welcome.
- Proven safe driving skills with a valid driver's license (required).
- College graduate OR technical/vocational course graduate.
- Applicants with partial college education may be considered if they have strong relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Respectful, trainable, and adaptable — able to learn and unlearn as needed.
Work Setup & Benefits
Work Setup
- 60% field work | 40% on-site (BGC, Taguig City)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Occasional travel to Davao
- ₱20,000–₱23,000 basic salary
- ₱5,000 non-taxable allowance
- HMO starting Day 1, including coverage for up to three dependents
- Performance bonus
- 14th month pay
