About the role

Join TFSC Realty Corporation as a full-time Marketing Associate based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in a wide range of activities to promote the company's real estate products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
  2. Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and inform marketing strategies
  3. Create and manage content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
  4. Coordinate and support the organization of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
  6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement
  7. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the real estate industry
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and data
  4. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and data analysis tools
  5. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
  6. Keen eye for detail and a creative mindset to develop engaging marketing content
  7. Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
