About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Operations Associate to work closely with the Managing Director in handling the day-to-day operations of our salon and aesthetics business.

This is an exciting and hands-on role where you'll be involved in administration, business expansion, supplier coordination, and internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overall operations management of the salon and aesthetic branch
  • Support branch expansion projects (permits, coordination, documentation)
  • Handle supplier communication, inventory, and order monitoring
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and other business documents
  • Process staff payrolls, commissions, and attendance records
  • Maintain and organize company files, contracts, and records
  • Support in marketing coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Provide direct assistance to the Managing Director for business updates and meetings

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • With experience in admin or operations role (preferably in service or retail industry)
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willing to work in Makati City
  • Can start immediately
