Sales Executive – LMS / E-Learning (Philippines, Remote)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated
Sales Executive
based in the Philippines to focus on LMS and E-Learning solutions. This is a fully remote role that involves driving sales, managing client relationships, and leveraging your existing network and resources within educational institutions or corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for LMS and E-Learning solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
- Leverage existing contacts or networks in schools, universities, and training providers to accelerate sales.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide timely follow-up and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support clients in understanding our solutions and offer tailored recommendations.
- Sales Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate sales data and records in CRM.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Support coordination of events, webinars, and online demos.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in LMS, E-Learning, or corporate training solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong network or resources within educational institutions or corporates is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
Working Hours & Compensation:
- Full-time, remote position (Philippines-based).
- Competitive base salary + performance-based commission/bonus.
- Flexible working hours aligned with the Asia-Pacific region.
