We're looking for a passionate and experienced Production Junior Lead to manage our operations in the printing industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in production management, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the printing production process
  • Lead and mentor production teams to meet quality and efficiency targets
  • Coordinate with sales and client services teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain quality control standards for all printing outputs
  • Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Production Lead or in a similar leadership role in the printing industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital, off-set, and large-format printing processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
