Job Summary

The Junior Creative Lead supports the development and execution of creative campaigns that strengthen brand identity and engage target audiences. This role is designed for a rising creative professional who demonstrates initiative, fresh ideas, and strong design sensibility while learning leadership skills under the guidance of senior marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conceptualizing and producing marketing materials across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver cohesive brand messaging.
  • Support the Creative Lead in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all outputs.
  • Research trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inspire innovative campaign ideas.
  • Present draft concepts and creative proposals for review and feedback.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (photographers, printers, freelancers) under supervision.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose creative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in design, content creation, or marketing support.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Passion for branding, storytelling, and creative innovation.
  • Willingness to learn leadership skills and grow into a senior creative role.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
