Katipunan, Loyola Heights, Quezon City (Hybrid, 2x a week onsite minimum)

We're looking for a
Junior Infrastructure Engineer

to strengthen our growing tech team. You'll help support and improve the systems behind a
product built for the Japanese market

where quality, reliability, and stability are everything.

In this role, you'll work closely with our
CTO and backend developers

, ensuring our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and efficient while upholding the
quality-first culture

expected in Japan.

What You'll Do

  • Platform Custodian
  • Maintain and enhance our Laravel-based platform.

  • Research and test new infrastructure tools and solutions.

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management

  • Deploy and manage services on AWS, Google Cloud, and DigitalOcean.

  • Monitor performance and proactively resolve infra-related issues.

  • DevOps Support

  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and team productivity tools.

  • Collaborate with developers to streamline workflows.

  • Security & Backup

  • Enforce cloud security and data protection best practices.
  • Support backup and recovery strategies for business continuity.

Tech Stack You'll Work With

  • Frameworks:

Laravel, PHP, Python
- Databases:

MySQL/MariaDB
- Servers & Cloud:

Linux, AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean
- Scripting:

Bash, Python, PERL (or similar)
- Frontend Exposure (for infra support):

JavaScript, Flutter

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in Laravel app development & maintenance
  • Hands-on Linux server administration
  • Experience deploying and maintaining services in AWS/DigitalOcean/Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PHP, Python, Bash, PERL)
  • Awareness of cloud security practices & basic networking
  • Curiosity and interest in
    infra R&D
