Job description

The Junior Business/ Product Analyst supports sales growth by analyzing product performance, market trends, and customer insights. The role works closely with Sales, Product, and other key teams to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and strengthen brand positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and business requirements with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business and sales goals into clear project plans, features, and specifications.
  • Maintain product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Evaluate product features based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Support product launches with documentation, training materials, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze product usage, market trends, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on KPIs, product metrics, and brand performance.
  • Recommend strategies to drive customer engagement, sales, and market presence.
  • Perform other related tasks and uphold company image at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst/Project Manager in a tech environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Background in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setup.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
  • Familiar with product/project management practices.
