Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the strategic planning and implementation of marketing and advertising efforts to achieve optimal results.
  • Leads marketing research activities to support hospital growth and development initiatives.
  • Manages both internal and external communications, including the dissemination of promotional campaigns and announcements.
  • Designs and produces advertising materials to effectively promote the hospital's brand, services, and attract medical professionals.
  • Fosters strong communication and maintains positive relationships with customers and patients.
  • Conducts regular customer satisfaction surveys and ensures timely resolution of issues based on feedback.
  • Manages the marketing of commercial and clinic spaces within the hospital and actively engages in recruiting physicians.
  • Identifies and responds to tenant needs, ensuring consistent evaluation of satisfaction with property services and amenities.
  • Oversees tenant relationship management, including policy development related to rent collection, late fees, and security deposits, and handles disputes or eviction proceedings when necessary.
  • Leads the hospital's corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and provides assistance with patient financial concerns.
  • Collaborates with Business Development in analyzing market trends and providing insights based on sales and market studies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Mass Communication, Journalism, Graphic Design, Advertising, or Architecture
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and GIMP; skilled in photo and video editing using web-based applications
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php41,922.77 per month
