  • Quality planning and procedures: Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans, procedures, and method statements.
  • Inspection and testing: Perform daily inspections and complex tests on materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. This can include inspecting raw materials, finished goods, and construction work.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all inspection results, acceptance, rejection, and disposition. Review and approve technical documents, reports, and material certifications.
  • Problem-solving and compliance: Analyze data to identify trends and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions for recurring problems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Auditing: Conduct internal and external audits to verify that processes and procedures are being followed correctly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on quality performance and findings to management.
  • Training and coordination: Provide training and guidance to other staff on quality-related issues. Coordinate with various teams, including engineering, production, and management, to resolve quality issues.
