Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, innovative, and solutions-driven Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining systems or components according to project requirements. The role involves working cross-functionally with other teams to deliver efficient and high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions based on project requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to determine the feasibility and performance of designs.
  • Create technical documentation including plans, drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, QA, etc.) to ensure successful product development.
  • Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of systems or components.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
  • Recommend improvements to current engineering processes and tools.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, etc.) or a related field.
  • years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, or others depending on the discipline).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
