Sales Representative – Vending Machine Business Packages

Location: Remote

Work Hours:

Core: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST

Flexibility required to align with UK hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT) as needed

Compensation: 750–1,000 AUD (depending on experience) + 1,500–2,100 AUD OTE

Royal Vending is a leading provider of modern vending solutions, offering turnkey business packages that empower entrepreneurs to start and grow their own vending machine businesses. With strong operations across Australia and New Zealand and expanding into the UK and Europe, we're looking for a motivated, results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team.

You'll play a key role in driving sales growth by converting inbound leads and conducting proactive outreach to sell vending machine business packages. This role requires excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to close deals confidently across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Royal Vending's business packages to potential clients
  • Conduct phone consultations to present package benefits and address client inquiries
  • Manage and follow up on leads through phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handovers
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or business services
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working flexible hours across multiple time zones
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
  • Bonus: Experience in high-ticket or consultative sales
