Survey Draftsman

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD/BIM Draftsman to support land surveying and construction documentation. The role focuses on converting point pile data into accurate 2D plans and 3D model drawings. This is a purely drafting role with no design responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert land surveying point pile data into precise 2D CAD plans.
• Develop 3D model drawings using Revit (BIM).
• Generate accurate floor plans based on 3D models.
• Produce clear, organized drafting outputs for project teams.
• Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain drafting standards and documentation consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in CAD drafting; experience transitioning from CAD to BIM workflows is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (required for 3D modeling).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret land survey data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• No design background required—strictly drafting.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with land survey teams.
• Knowledge of point cloud or point pile data processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
