CAD & 3D Project & Product Designer

This is a fully remote position.

Our client is a leading global specialist in high-performance door systems for hygiene-sensitive and temperature-controlled environments, serving industries such as Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Clean Room, Manufacturing, Cold Storage, and Logistics. They are seeking a skilled and experienced CAD & 3D Project & Product Designer to join their international team. Responsibilities

• Develop highly detailed 2D CAD drawings and 3D models specifically tailored to hygiene and temperature-controlled doorway projects.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and R&D teams to ensure all designs fully comply with industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide innovative, practical design solutions throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through to installation.
• Rapidly adapt and revise designs in response to site conditions, client feedback, or engineering changes while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Partner with the R&D team to design, model, test, and scale new door systems and product features.
• Accurately calculate material requirements and produce detailed bills of materials (BOM) for manufacturing and procurement.
• Maintain a structured, up-to-date database and library of all drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation with strict version control.

Essential Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Fusion 360 (minimum 5 years of professional daily use).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a CAD/3D Designer or Design Engineer in construction, engineering, or industrial door/manufacturing environments.
• Proven background in designing for hygiene-critical or temperature-controlled facilities (food/pharma/cleanroom/cold storage experience highly regarded).
• In-depth knowledge of materials used in controlled environments (stainless steel, insulated panels, seals, hygienic finishes, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail with a track record of producing error-free, production-ready drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced project timelines.
• Solid understanding of relevant industry standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA, EHEDG, EN standards, ISO 22000, etc.).
• Excellent time-management skills with a consistent history of meeting or beating deadlines.
• Confident collaboration with cross-functional and international teams (engineers, project managers, suppliers, and clients).
• Experience with Revit or similar BIM software is a significant advantage.

Pay: Php28, Php32,000.00 per month

• Are you fully available to work full-time remotely in UK time zone? Afternoon shift.
