Role Description
The Product Manager – Product Promotions sits under the Product Innovation & Marketing organization and is responsible for driving product growth, execution excellence, and brand consistency across BingoPlus retail branches nationwide.
This role owns product strategy, promotions, and in-branch execution, working closely with Marketing Operations to ensure strong rollout, trade support, and operational readiness. The role ensures that product initiatives are translated into clear, actionable programs that branches can execute consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Product Promotions & Brand Ownership
- Own assigned BingoPlus products, managing end-to-end product promotion strategy and execution across retail branches.
- Develop product and promotional strategies aligned with business objectives and customer insights.
- Lead product positioning, value propositions, and promotional mechanics across nationwide branches.
- Ensure consistency of product messaging, visuals, and execution standards in all branch touchpoints.
Go-to-Market & Execution Excellence
- Lead go-to-market planning for new products, features, and promotions in close coordination with Marketing Operations.
- Translate strategies into branch-ready playbooks, including mechanics, messaging, visuals, and execution guidelines.
- Ensure branch readiness by aligning people, processes, and materials prior to rollout.
- Work with Trade Marketing and Retail Operations to adapt executions by branch format (Traditional, Hybrid, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing Operations for campaign rollout, materials development, and execution tracking.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Training, and Branch Leaders to ensure smooth and consistent nationwide implementation.
- Serve as the central point of alignment between Product Innovation, Marketing, and Operations for assigned products.
Performance & Insights
- Monitor product and promotion performance using defined KPIs.
- Analyze customer behavior, branch feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead post-campaign reviews and recommend optimizations to improve future performance.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, preferably from FMCG, retail, or consumer-focused industries.
- Strong capability in product ownership, promotional planning, and execution across multiple outlets.
- Experience working with trade marketing, field teams, or nationwide branch operations is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly execution-focused, customer-centric, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail
